　　The fully automatic tracking capping machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control, which is simple and convenient to operate. The bottle clamping material of the bottle part is flexible, which is suitable for containers of most shapes, and eliminates bottle damage and bottle injury. The capping head adopts servo torque control, and the tightness can be adjusted and controlled, avoiding the phenomenon of cap damage and extending the service life of the capping head.

　　The screw cap grab head manufactured with high precision is accurate, reliable, and stainless steel. The surface of the parts has been professionally treated. The three claw pieces are triangular in position, and the interior is equipped with wear-resistant rib bars to prevent the metal from directly contacting the cover and reduce the cover wear.

　　The bottle clamping belt clamps the bottle in the process of capping, and simultaneously plays the role of positioning in the Z-axis direction. The servo motor controls the bottle clamping speed, and keeps synchronous with the capping translation motor, so that the grab head can precisely match with the barrel mouth.
